For those of you that signed up with Lawn Order for leaf pickup this year, this information is for you. Due to the high winds yesterday, and expected today, we’ve had a large volume of leaves come down. Thad from Lawn Order informed us that he would like to start the next pass for leaf pick up on Monday, November 9th. He will be posting signs around the neighborhood with this information. If you have questions, please refer to Thad’s contact information below. Thank you.

Well, we’re approaching that time of year again! This year presents new challenges with leaf pickup. We understand the additional expense for leaf pickup is frustrating, but PLEASE DO NOT BURN YOUR LEAVES! Considering Covid-19, everyone is spending more time at home and the smoke can be dangerous for those with chronic breathing conditions.
The KHA Board worked hard to provide an alternative leaf pickup service for the residents of our neighborhood. Please take note, this service and pricing is limited to Knollwood residents only. See the flyer below for details. If you have questions, please refer to the contact information on the flyer. Happy raking!
After careful consideration, the KHA Board has decided to officially cancel this years neighborhood garage sale and neighborhood annual meeting. These events were originally postponed in the early stages of the pandemic, but given the current climate, the risk to benefit is still to high. We look forward to better days ahead and resuming these events in 2021. If anyone has any general questions or concerns for the Board, you can always use the “Contact us” tab and fill out the form. We will do our best to respond promptly.
Everyone have safe and happy 4th of July. Also, please remember to be respectful of your neighbors when it comes to fireworks. Our furry friends especially don’t always tolerate them well. According to St. Joseph County Ordinance, fireworks may be lit only from 5-11:30 p.m. June 29-July 3 and July 5-9. They may also be fired off from 10 a.m.-midnight on Independence Day. Thank you.
Your Knollwood Homeowners Association Board
The Knollwood Homeowners Association Board has decided to postpone the 2020 neighborhood garage sale scheduled for June. Given the current environment with Covid-19 and social distancing, we feel it’s best for the health and safety of our neighbors. Based on the status of the pandemic, we will evaluate the possibility of having the sale in August.
Please be aware that the 2020 KHA annual meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 18th has been canceled for the safety and health of our homeowners. A new meeting date will be established and announced in the upcoming weeks. Thank you for your understanding.
