We found out today that the Francis Library Branch, where the plan was to hold the evening open house, will be closed tomorrow due to an HVAC issue. The afternoon open house session will still be at the Centre Township Library Branch from 12pm-2pm, but the evening 5pm-7pm open house will now be at the German Township Community Center at 51755 Portage Road, South Bend, Indiana 46628.
