Restrictive Covenants apply to all the subdivision lots. The Covenants provide for a Homeowners Association which is run by a board of directors who are owners of lots in the subdivision and are elected at the Association’s annual meeting. The Association owns certain common areas which it maintains and also ensures compliance with the Covenants.
