Hello Neighbors,
Many of you may be wondering when the construction by the clubhouse entrance is scheduled to be completed. The construction is to help alleviate ponding water at the Greenway/Baywood intersection after heavy rain events. A big thank you to Michelle Becker who called the County and they told her “weather pending”, work is scheduled to be completed on Wednesday 11/25.
